Due to inventory fluctuation and payment term variation, we do not accept payment for tools until we have contacted you regarding availability and shipping options. This allows us to be sure we can meet your deadlines. You can find our ordering process below. Online inventory levels are not always accurate. Most orders ship within 24 business hours and can be sent using a variety of shipping options.

2. We will contact you with product availability, shipping options and total cost.
3. You send us approval or tell us if changes need to be made.
4. An invoice is then emailed to you.
For those using credit cards, you will be contacted with payment information. For those on open account, the invoice can be paid within the agreed upon terms as usual.
5. A confirmation will be sent to you.
We offer our customers numerous shipping options to meet their deadlines. This includes UPS, Fed-Ex, in store pick up options and the ability to drop ship straight to you from suppliers, many of whom offer discounted next and 2nd day shipping options.
